A number of apartments in the Santubong Tower have been furnished and are ready to let. The quality and amenities of the apartments are comparable to a deluxe hotel but with the ambiance of a private retreat.

All the apartments have three double-bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge kitchen/diner and balcony.They are air-conditioned and come with satellite TV/DVD player, fully equipped kitchens including fridge/freezer, cooker and oven.

There is even a washing machine although bed linen and towels are provided and changed on a twice-weekly basis. Normal household supplies are included in the rental price and replenished as needed.

In addition our associate company Borneo Life, based in Kuching, also offers a comprehensive support package of services to those staying in our exclusive apartments. Transfer to and from Kuching International are provided courtesy of Borneo Life. Car hire and excursions can be pre-booked by Rooney Property Developments ahead of your departure, or through Borneo Life during your stay. If you let us know what your grocery shopping requirements are then we can arrange for these to be purchased ready for your arrival at the resort.

Free access to the facilities of the two local Holiday Inns

Through Borneo Life we have managed to secure a range of other services for your convenience. We have organised with the Holiday Inn Damai Beach, and Holiday Inn Lagoon, that Santubong Suite visitors can use their shuttle bus service from Damai Beach into Kuching and back. Shuttle buses leave the resort on the hour every hour and return at frequent intervals throughout the day and early evening, Both Holiday Inns' have also agreed that Santubong Suite visitors can use their facilities free of charge: swimming pools, pool bars, souvenir shops, beauty and spa treatments salons and, of course, each of the hotel's many restaurants.

We understand the need of some guests to be in constant communication with the outside world, and even though you'll be in the middle of a rainforest, you will be provided with complimentary Internet access if you bring your laptop.

The rates quoted are promotional rates for a minimum of 3 nights' stay. The price is negotiable for longer stays of 2 weeks or more, depending on the time of year.

In addition, Hotels in Malaysia levy a government tax of 5% and service charges of 10%, which can add considerably to a hotel bill. Our private apartments do not attract taxes or charges of any kind, so represent a considerable saving against a comparable hotel room in the Holiday Inn and other leading hotel chains.
